We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We will send you a monthly statement; please contact our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and your prompt payment is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, however this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to submitted claims within four to six weeks.

We happily accept all major PPO dental insurance plans. Although we are not an in-network provider, we are able to bill your insurance on your behalf. In fact, most plans will pay 100% of preventive procedures.
